With three levels to the curriculum, we can provide appropriate training for your team regardless of ability, from those who have never tasted wine before up to in-depth masterclasses for seasoned professionals.
Specific focus on upselling
We don't waffle on about soil for an hour and hope for the best, all of our sessions have specific training on how to upsell to better wines. Analysis shows that our training increases sales volumes and value by an average of 10%, meaning that your guests will have a more premium experience and you will increase revenue.

Every single training session we do is different, using the wines from your list, at your venue and tailored to your needs and service style. We believe that 'one size fits all' actually doesn't fit anyone.

For our new curriculum in 2024, we have been working with a behavioral scientist to make sure that we focus not just on what we teach, but how we teach it. Using the most up to date psychology we can assure you that we will get results.
